All of our products are shipped by UPS. If requested, we will provide you with the tracking code once your order has been shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after order is placed.

Backordered Items and Partial Shipments

Return/Refund

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we'll be happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange. If it was a custom order we are unable to process a refund however, we can redo it for you if it was our error. Please note that we can only refund shipping and handling costs if the return is a result of our error.
