porridge papers accepts payment by credit card or money order. we accept visa and mastercard.

shipping

all of our products are shipped by FedEx. if requested, we will provide you with the tracking code once your order has been shipped. orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after order is placed.

porridge papers makes every effort to ship packages in a complete and timely manner. occasionally, products may become back-ordered. if your order contains a backordered item, you will not be charged nor will we backorder that item. you may contact us to find out the status of that item.

return/refund

if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll be happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange.
if it was a custom order we are unable to process a refund however, we can redo it for you if it was our error. please note that we can only refund shipping and handling costs if the return is a result of our error.
